This week I broke out some older gear: my semi-functional M2 camera from the 1960's and my very functional
Summitar lens from the 1940's.  The Summitar cuts a negative with a very different look then a modern lens,
particularly in the out-of-focus background areas.  I think it makes the shots look a little more old-fashioned.

Every Thursday in the summer, the Weaver Street Market has a party with live music, food, drink,
and plenty of people.  A group of serious hula hoopers was there, doing their thing and sharing their
hoops with kids and adults alike.  I took a few photos of Vivian using her hoop; this was my favorite.




We brought a picnic of bread, cheeses, roast veggies, and hummus.  Sasha and Sofie shared their food.
